Dude is more than a beast. He's gonna be the number 1 draft pick and a great NFL running back. It's gonna be great to watch him
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Oh wow, and look at this....Ahh, that best running back thread reads like music to my eyes...Lendale is the better back..? ROFL...

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/f ... index.html

White weighed 244 pounds, completed just 15 reps on the bench (nine less than Reggie Bush) and did nothing else, complaining of a "sore hamstring." Scouts were miffed White never took his sweats off and gave the attitude that he'd rather be someplace else.

Your thoughts, LG..?

(you know I'm not gonna let that shit go, right..? /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />)

QUOTE(Lost Ghost)Okay this is the real deal......White got more carries than Bush because LenDale White is a better running back than Reggie Bush.....

...In no way shape or form does Reggie Bush doing more lifts in a bench press prove that he is a better running back.....you tellin' me the linemen are the best RB's in the draft?

I stand by what I said before.....Reggie Bush is the best athelete in the draft by a mile....but from what I saw when I watched him play....he turned everything to the outside and used his speed and agility to get by defenders....which is fine, and I'ms ure he'll continue to do that....but what I saw out of Lendale White was a more complete Running back in terms of abilities at that position....not abilites in general.

If Reggie Bush is putting up better numbers at the combine....that further proves taht he's the best athelete and has the most ability.......but it really doesn't say where his skills as a running back rank among his peers.

The Niners now have the #6 and #22 pick after trading with Denver. Can't wait to see who they pick up.

The niners wouldn't be good if they got picks 1-30 /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Boo yah, gotta love teh limited perspective...Let me find you a highlight reel...I'll post it in the Reggie Bush Thread...

QUOTE(Lost Ghost)he turned everything to the outside and used his speed and agility to get by defenders....

So say that like its a bad thing...The fact that Lendale can't do those things, or rather did not, makes him a more complete back..? 'Cuse me, but I just don't get that....

Reggie is the better reciever, athlete, but Lendale is the most complete..? Reggie runds inside and outside, returns kicks and punts...Even throws the shit...And Lendale is teh better back..? Granted they have different styles, but what you are describing for Reggie Bush sounds alot like Barry Sanders to me...

Walter Payton wasn't the fastest or the strongest running back....but he was arguebly the best......

numbers don't always say it.....I just feel like LenDale is a better running back at this stage.....Bush will have a better career most likely...is a better athlete...and is a more complete player all around......and I've seen as many Bush highlight tapes as you have.....and my theory stands the same....he turns everything to outside and uses his athletism to beat people....and as I've said...theres nothing wrong with that....but a person who runs between the tackles and gets in the trenchs is more of my kind of running back.

with my draft pick....I'd still pick Bush.....blah, this is pointless yeah?

I know I'm not making myself clear....so I dont expect yall to agree...so whatev.
