Wally Szczerbiak sounds very optimistic regarding his surgically repaired left knee

"There†™‚¢‚¢¢¢¬…¡‚¬‚¢¢¢¬

…¾‚¢s no question," he said. "I†™‚¢‚¢¢¢¬…¡‚¬‚¢¢¢¬…¾

‚¢m moving so much better. I feel good. We took care of everything we needed to take care of. It was a pretty minor procedure. I†™‚¢‚¢¢¢¬…¡‚¬‚¢¢¢¬…¾

‚¢ve been working hard all summer, just doing a lot of rehab and strength work. Now we†™‚¢‚¢¢¢¬…¡‚¬‚¢¢¢¬…¾

‚¢re starting to amp up the running and the full-court work." Monitor his situation during C's camp, as the knee could still bother him this season. I'll feel better about him as a fantasy player once he makes it through training camp without a setback.

Grant Hill (abdominal tear) says he's almost fully healthy and is ready for training camp next week

For 10 weeks this summer, Hill left his family and traveled from Orlando to Vancouver to work with Alex McKechnie in order to relieve the pain that even made breathing a problem. "I've fought through a lot just to get back to this point and I think that kind of shows how much I love to play the game," Hill said. "I feel great now, and I want to stay healthy for an entire season." Hill is still a huge risk/reward fantasy player this year, so if you want a safe and healthy team, it may be best to let someone else take a risk on Hill this year.
