Disagree about a couple but I definitely think that Calvin Johnson is the top WR in the NCAA. But that guy from Oregon State? I've seen him play many times and I haven't been impressed at all

QUOTE(AYHJA @ Oct 29 2006, 01:01 AM) You must don't follow football..?

Before Pete Carroll came through, USC was a mediocre type team, hardly the national powerhouse that they are now dude....
...and it's not just Carroll.... Norm Chow, regarded as one of the premier offensive coordinators in college football, is in his fifth year at USC. He joined the Trojan staff in January of 2001. He coached 6 of the NCAA's top 16 career passing efficiency leaders and was involved with squads that hold 11 of the top 30 single season passing yardage totals in NCAA history. Prior to USC, he coached in 22 bowls at BYU and was on the staff of the Cougars' 1984 national championship team. BYU went 244-91-3 during his time in Provo. Among the Cougar players he coached were a number of future NFL stars, including (but not limited to) quarterbacks Steve Young, Jim McMahon, Marc Wilson, Gifford Nielsen, Ty Detmer and Robbie Bosco, plus tight end Todd Christensen. And what has happened at USC since his arrival?...
Chow won the 2002 Broyles Award as the nation's top assistant coach. He also was named the 2002 NCAA Division I-A Offensive Coordinator of the Year by American Football Monthly. In 2002, quarterback Carson Palmer won the Heisman Trophy and Unitas Award en route to becoming the Pac-10's career leader in passing yards and total offense (he was the No. 1 pick in the 2003 NFL draft), while USC led the Pac-10 in total offense and scoring offense.
In 2003, quarterback Matt Leinart was an All-American first teamer and was the Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Year (he finished sixth in the Heisman Trophy voting) while setting Pac-10 season records for touchdown passes (38) and consecutive passes without an interception (212). He also had the highest passing efficiency rating (164.5) of any USC quarterback in history. USC was fifth nationally in passing efficiency and scoring offense, and the Trojans set Pac-10 season records with 534 points and by scoring 40-plus points in 7 consecutive games.
Do I need to go on?

This man knows offense....

That was such a good game! Rutgers made a great comeback and really got lucky on that offsides call at the end. I know the guy was really offsides, but when you miss it and then get to re-kick it like that? That's a sigh of relief

Didn't know being a fan was proximity based... /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

lol @ AYHJA. I guess I'm fucked 'cause London don't have many teams... lol

Colt is an idiot. I don't understand why he rushed in for the one yard TD... incredibly disappointing because they would've moved into third in both polls, no question.
