I am SCOURING the Alaskan news and the national news and policies for dirt on Palin. For all that she has done (which you guys all seem to think is not noteworthy), there is VERY little dirt. In fact, most of the dirt on the bridge to nowhere was done before her office, by her predecessor. AND OBAMA and BIDEN not ony voted yea, they earmarked the earmark.
McCain opposed it.

Here is one thing I have a problem with. Heart made a song called Barracuda. They called her Sarah Barracuda is high school, cause she was somewhat of a beast on the b-ball court (her and obama on the short court? hellz yah!). Anyways, the Heart sisters don't like the song being used by the RNC, and they still are.

Even still, the guys in Heart like the song beiing used, if only for the royalties. So, I am kinda split. Personally, if an Artist doesn't want me to use their art... I wouldn't use it.

But for the record Ann Wilson is offended (doesn't support RNC use), and Roger Fisher (does support RNC use) is "thrilled" the song is being used, and not only endorses the use, but on his blog says he will donate part of the royalties to Barack Obama. He estimates he gets about 3-4 cents everytime it is downloaded from iTunes.

Didn't anybody tell you?, the Reps hide their dirt well. It usually only gets out into public if:
*they don't cover their bases like a motherfucker
*a disgruntled former staffer/confidant/employee rat them out
*or if someone opposed to that individual/party/group pays someone to dig up dirt on them & they stumble across the aforementioned two examples.

I'll give 'em their props there. they've always known how to hide their shit well.. for the most part, anyway.
Though if you look at history, when they do get busted, it's usually for some really sick shit. I've found very vocal conservatives (whether Republican,Religious Nut or Vegetable) to be behind some of the most twisted shit behind closed doors regardless of whether those closed doors are bedroom or boardroom ones.

Comprehensive

Pronunciation: kom-pri-hen-siv

Function: adjective

1. of large scope; covering or involving much; inclusive
2. comprehending mentally; having an extensive mental range or grasp
ad wrote:"Obama backed legislation to teach " 'comprehensive sex education' to kindergartners."
raum wrote:It instructs kids in Developmental stages along metrics
bill wrote:course material and instruction shall be age and developmentally appropriate.
So here's my "fair" criticism, and if possible I'd like us to answer this and move on...

Where in the Bill...
Where in the Document...
What piece of curriculum....

Confirms or justify the statements, "Obama backed legislation to teach " 'comprehensive sex education' to kindergartners." "Learning about sex before learning to read? Barack Obama. Wrong on education. Wrong for your family."

Remember now:

Not me man...I am uninterested in what they've done, all of the candidates...For me, its a new day...They keep enough dirt flying on a day by day basis to prevent me from doing a full background check...Everyday, there's some hype about something...

Palin Quoted Antisemitic Author in RNC Speech
Sarah Palin scares the Jews! From her crazy Jew-converting church to emails your grandmother is receiving right now, it's clear that America's Jews are nervous about this woman. Just ask Ed Koch! This won't help: remember Palin's address to the Republican National Convention? That bit of speechcraft so inspiring that it is already being taught in schools alongside Dr. King's Dream Speech and Billy Crystal's second Oscars monologue? It turns out one of its few memorable non-Obama-attacking lines was lifted from an old anti-Semite so extreme that he was booted from the John Birch Society.

Jack McCain's 'Towel-Head-Killing' Brophy Crew
O'Connor had a more serious side; a few months earlier in a post entitled Killing Terrorists 2008, O'Connor celebrates McCain as one of the fellow Brophy grads "who have decided to pick up a weapon and stand a post, walk a perimeter, jump out of airplanes, bring in airsupport, and defend this country." But the patriotism of McCain's schoolmate verges on the rabid. He attacked critics of Guantanamo Bay like Senator Dick Durbin. "It's pussy
ass faggots like him that make me hate bitch politicians. It's limp wristers like him that fuck up my army. These politicians and protesters are more fucked up then two 8

Ha! Matthew Scully wrote the speech, quoting the first columnist pulitzer prize winner.

I am pretty sure I will not be voting for his son as a write-in.

LMAO :laff: Did anyone else see Palin interviewed on teevee earlier? She didn't even know what her party leader's doctrine was. And apparently the only extremists are of the Islamic faith. HA! We have another Dan Quayle on our hands methinks. I also noticed her failure to specify & differentiate between McCain & Dubya's policies. If the Reps get in, I suspect there'll be a similar catchphrase to Quayle Droppings in regards to her thrown around.

Haha I missed it but it sounds like some great entertainment! My dad said from the beginning that she would turn out like a Quayle. I guess he was right...
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Soren Kierkegaard
