I was gonna wait until the debates to render my final judgement on McCain,but, He's toast on my plate. He's now changed his schedule again to campaign alongside Palin again instead of rocking it solo like he was supposed to do this week. That smacks of complete desperation to me. Nigguh wants to be prez at any cost after all his failed previous attempts. Wanting to coast off Palin's hype. There is something UNMANLY about that. It tells me dude doesn't believe he can hang on his own when it comes to the crunch. Do you American AF'ers really want a POTUS who thinks & acts by deferring to a skirt who's running around the country all puppetlike rehashing the same speeches (albeit with certain omissions depending on her current location) ?!?. WTF?! The guy who wants to be commander-in-chief is hanging from the brastrap of someone who has now clearly shown she is a follower. Who's really zoomin' who? . Some die-hards would argue that it's progressive of McCain to rely on Sarah. Not when one factors in the era he's from & the macho self-reliant "war hero" image he's been tryin' to cultivate. I don't think you are reading this right. This year, the main election cycle is 60 days instead of the regular 81. That is three weeks less, so you have to make a HUGE impact. Alot of states, including Ohio for the first time ever is allowing early voting before election day. There is a rush to this one. If Palin goes out alone, she is a representative of the POTUS candidate, and evaluated for the role of POTUS as well. She is number 4 in polls (the lowest of the 4) of who is ready for the POTUS office. Obama is number 3. Both McCain (#1) and Biden (#2) are seen as more ready. But Biden is very unpopular - he is averaging less than 3/4 of the crowd they hoped for. Palin needs to be a good support for McCain, who MUST be seen as capable of handling a full term. She does not have the majority vote of confidence from Americans. BUT McCain does. But both candidates and their veeps are adjusting their schedule for the tight schedule to focus immediately on the states that will be voting first. Obama and Biden were campainging together and people began to leave while Biden read page after page of written speeches... delaying the crowd dynamic that Obama inspires. Then, early than usual, Biden was kicked down his own lonely road. The second most qualified is the fourth most popular. At a rally of supporters (a dozen when a crowd of 200 was expected) Biden had a part of a speech where he was supposed to say "maybe Obama should have picked Hillary for veep? whaddya think crowd" designed to incite the crowd to support him as Obama's pick. The loudest voice in the crowd said "no shit!" and the crowd basically laughed at him the whole time.

I don't see how you can say that. He's got a higher approval rating than her. Also, keep in mind the campaign trail is crucial for them. Their in-face meetings were sparse before this, which I am sure you will bring up as another reason to not vote for him. He is not hanging from her bra strap. He had the HIGHEST SUPPORT OF ANY CANDIDATE GOING INTO THE RNC PRIMARY IN HISTORY. THE HIGHEST OF ANY PRIMARY CANDIDATE, DEMOCRATIC OR REPUBLICAN OR THIRD PARTY. What the hell are you talking about man. It is VERY simple. Palin is swinging the independent vote, which focuses on State's Rights. No one else is focused on that. That is her purpose, not to be a skirt for him to hide behind. It is in direct opposition to the fear independents have that with no earmark system, there will be no champion for states' rights. She seals the one gap in American politics noone else had ANY direction on.

And that is why the democrats are doomed... They forgot everything important to Americans besides getting a bailout or making people oversees happy so they don't pick on us. SCREW THEM. I want my rights as an American from the people that get the job - a big part of that for me is a return to States' Rights.

Let's be honest here: Currently she's getting a lot of interest from disgruntled femmes who wanted Hillary to run one way or the other. As thinking males, we all know that women's initial decisions (especially when mad) are rash & impulsive. They are not know to be the most practical thinkers (nor lateral ones) when clouded by emotion or distracted by hoopla. I think over the coming weeks, A lot of the chicas will slowly tip-toe back once the issues are debated & realise they are being fed more of the same ol' same ol' .
