An interview with director Zack Snyder from Dark Horizons HERE

Just goin' off that interview & the 2 trailers already released, I think dude will have raised the bar for both comic film adaptations & sci-fi shit.

Ja, Have you read the graph novel yet?!? I was just thinkin' the other day how you dig on stuff with layers. Go pick yourself up a copy. Better to read it in your hands than in cbr format.

I have the hardcover graphic novel. One of the best stories I have ever read.

I would also like to see the Martha Washington series go to film. Started out as "Give Me Liberty".

Ok, I am now officially thirsting for this shit after viewing the 2nd & 3rd trailers. I know they've been out a while, but I avoided *cough cough* Watching them until the release date drew close . Esp with all the legal brouhaha caused by Fox suing Warners that might've pushed it forward. I'm now 100% convinced this shit will crap all over Transformers 2 (looks like more of the same) & Wolverine (History has proven when the director clashes with the studio more than halfway through filming & that last-minute reshoots are needed it will be shite. Can you say Alien3, Spider-Man 3 & Handjo..er Hancock?). To be honest, I'm glad the Black Freighter storyline has been removed from the theatrical version so as it doesn't get bogged down timewise.

Anyway, if y'all have been sleeping, peep the greatness:
