Yeah...I'm so ready to get into this when you get time...

The Legends of Hell
The Most common legends of Hell that exist are all based off of a book Called Pseudomarchia Daemonium, by Johan Weir (Veer), a German student of Trithemius, an Abbot of great rpute in the Magick world.
It is a book that includes a "who's who" of Hell. It includes some names of deities of other religions (Kali makes an appearance, for example, as one fo the brides of the devil.), and details those members of what is called the "Order of the Fly", which Beelzebub is the Chief of. Beelzebub, the Lord of the Creatures of the Air, is the proclaimed "Lord of the Flies," and is highly featured in many obscure magickal texts that rely on the Phoenician roots of most Jewish lore.
This book, and Johan's work in general is a scathing commentary on the political ingames of the Mother Church's influence in the politicking of the Holy Roman Empire, and was considered heretical.
This book, in the primary basis behind most "compendiums" of demons that Solomon used. It is certainly a strong influence in the creation of the Goetia portion of the Lemegeton; as well as Ars Notoria; also called the Notary Art of Solomon; which is a statement against the agressive French Colonization of the Afro-Carribean region.
The main basis behind these books, is that they all purport to be those same demons that allowed to the Jews to claim the land of the Phoenicians, and form a tremendous empire based on a religion that was not their own,.. which just lends itself to be a criticism of the entire history of Christiandom, and has been capitalized by a number of genuine magicians.
Johan Weir, Henry Cornelius Agrippa, Reginald Scott, Thomas Rudd, and many others all wrote texts that were commentaries on savage Christian politicking;.. all of them were "Maps of Hell, and the homes of the infernal falling stars."
Ironically, many of these books form the major works found in most modern day "Magicians" libraries,.. especially those who say magick is simply autohypnosis and positive mental reinforcement of dealing with your own psychological shadows, and what-not.
The other ironic thing is their is a Spirit named "Raum" in each one...

His office is to steal Treasures out King†™ ¢‚¬„¢¢‚¬Å¡‚¢†™‚¢‚¢¢¢‚¬Å¡‚¬¦‚¡¢‚¬Å¡‚¬†™‚¢‚¢¢¢‚¬Å¡‚¬¦‚¾¢‚¬Å¡‚¢s Houses, and to carry it whither he is commanded, and to destroy Cities and Dignities of Men, and to tell all things, Past and What Is, and what Will Be; and to cause Love between Friends and Foes. He was of the Order of Thrones. He governeth 30 Legions of Spirits; and his Seal is this, which wear thou as aforesaid.

Hahaha...You try...Not being yourself, and then reading what you write...Heh, you lucky that it takes just a week..!
I am working on something myself, that I think is interesting along these lines...
But, as I'm understanding this, I think now what is imperative is that we understand all that you're willing to tell us about King Solomon himself...Among the most influential characters in the bible, I think I find him the most compelling of all, as so much of what I don't seem to know or have an idea about, is centered around him...
Why Solomon..? There are several key figures in the bible that I would like to know this question about, namely Enoch and Elijah as well...Do they all share a common trait, that made them standouts..? The books of the bible that center around Solomon, that were left out, "The Sword of Solomon" I believe it is called...Do you have that book, that we can start getting it posted here...?
