Yeah i agree...i think it's a good idea...not sure how stringent they'll be..but in general i like the idea...bout time the league tried to class things up....can't wait to hear mr. "are we talkin aboout practice?..." has to say...look, being in the NBA is a priveledge...not a right...so if you don't want to abide by it's fules....don't play in the NBA!
